American violinist Nathan Meltzer is a protégé of Izthak Perlman and recently won second prize in the prestigious Sibelius Competition. Selected as a Rising Star by BBC Music Magazine, he burst onto the international music scene with exceptional praise from critics and audiences alike.

Making his debut in Parbold, Nathan will be performing works for violin and piano by Mozart, Debussy, Brahms and Ravel on the Ames Totenberg Stradivarius, famously stolen from its owner in the 1980s and rediscovered 30 years later by the FBI.

Mozart: Sonata in A Major, K. 305
Debussy: Sonata in G Minor
Alberga: The Wild Blue Yonder
Brahms: Sonata No. 3 in D Minor
Ravel: Tzigane
