Ukrainian pianist Vitaly Pisarenko’s awards include First Prize at the 8th International Franz Liszt Piano Competition in Utrecht, and Third Prize at the Leeds International Piano Competition (2015).

Now based in London, he has performed with orchestras in over 30 countries and given solo recitals at venues including Wigmore Hall and the Musikverein in Vienna.

Vitaly Pisarenko’s recital in Parbold showcases the contrasts in style between two masters of piano composition, Schubert and Liszt. This is a fantastic opportunity to hear Vitaly’s remarkable affinity with the powerful and dramatic music of Liszt, both in Liszt’s own works for piano, as well as music transcribed from the songs of Schubert.
